LimeBook MAP

The LimeBook MAP add-on extends the functionality of the other modules in the application.

What problems have we solved?

The LimeBook MAP add-on extends the functionality of other LimeBook modules by introducing the ability to mark locations on a map. It addresses problems caused by the lack of precise information about the location of events, tasks, or visits, which often complicates coordination and leads to delays. With MAP, users can indicate the location of visitors, reported incidents, work areas, or loading and unloading points. This feature increases process transparency and enables faster responses in critical situations, such as evacuations or breakdowns.
When combined with modules like REJ, SZK, POZ, RAP, or YAM, the add-on facilitates planning and control of spatial activities, ensuring better safety and more effective work organization. LimeBook MAP also supports audits and safety walks by allowing control zones to be marked, which helps eliminate the risk of overlooking important areas.

LimeBook REJ (Registration)

Marking the locations of visitors within the facility and indicating meeting points or entrances, which increases control and guest safety.

LimeBook SZK (Training)

The ability to assign training locations (e.g., training terminals), which facilitates organization and planning of activities for contractors and visitors.

LimeBook POZ (Work Permits)

Indicating the exact location of work being performed, which solves the problem of ambiguity when inspecting particularly hazardous areas.

RAP (Reporting)

Locating incidents, breakdowns, or accidents on the map, which enables faster response and better coordination of team activities.

YAM (Vehicle Traffic Management)

oznaczanie punktów załadunku i rozładunku, co porządkuje logistykę i skraca czas oczekiwania kierowców.

SUG (Employee Suggestions)

The ability to mark locations where employees have noticed a problem or submitted an improvement idea (e.g., a specific production line, warehouse, or workstation). This facilitates context analysis and enables faster implementation of solutions.

SHA (Retail Networks)

Indicating locations of defects, failures, or non-conformities in individual retail outlets or branches. This allows the headquarters to better monitor work quality across the distributed network and precisely direct corrective actions.
