LimeBook YAM is a LimeBook application module designed for digital vehicle traffic management and the scheduling of deliveries and shipments.

The LimeBook YAM module is a tool for comprehensive management of vehicle and transport traffic within the company premises. It addresses issues such as logistical chaos, delivery delays, and lack of transparency in transport planning.
With features for scheduling deliveries and shipments, as well as managing AD HOC and priority (VID) transports, the system enables effective planning and control of schedules. SMS notifications for drivers and communication between the gatehouse, warehouse, purchasing, and sales departments eliminate the risk of errors caused by missing information.
Monitoring transport statuses, vehicle queuing, and delay tracking improve efficiency and operational safety. Additionally, the module allows transport identification via QR codes and weight calculation, facilitating operational control.
Data centralization and the ability to extend the system with additional user groups (e.g., customs agencies, carriers) make LimeBook YAM a flexible solution that supports the smooth execution of logistics processes.
